Floor 1 Revamp and other things v.0.5.1


I do not have a lot to add this post. This week I began working on revamping the first floor by doubling the amount of rooms available. I decided to add a hit stop for when the player hits enemies and when the player gets hit. The length of the hit stop is dependent on the attack. This addition will hopefully help increase the juiciness of the combat.

Completed:

  • Hit stops
  • Enemies respawn in already visited rooms after rooms are shifted
  • Time is paused when inventory is opened
  • Fixed up old Floor 1 rooms

Still needs work:

  • Adding more rooms to Floor 1
  • Implementing Room modifiers
  • Spicing up the spawn and death of enemies
